In the small village Kalix Älv lives Ida and Daniel together with their two children, their horses, cats, dogs and chickens. Both Ida and Daniel are originally from the region and are grown up with the arctic atmosphere and surroundings.
Maj is born 2018 and a real character. She is the foal of Frigga and a lady who knows what she wants. She looks like a movie star and pulls the sled smoothly as a strong gladiator. Maj’s favourite food is carrots and hay. And she always prefers when she gets scratched behind her ears.
When you visit us you will get the chance to meet our horses and arctic lifestyle.
We live close to nature and the seasons and are very interested in gardening, farming and hunting which makes us have lots of products that are locally produced, for example smoked moose, vegetables and eggs from our own chicken.
